ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Pass in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)
- 55% marks in GNM
- Age Limit is 48 years on August 31st of the year of Admission
- Admission is under Merit basis in the qualifying examination.
- Applications are available in the Month of April- May
- Selection in the month of June –July
- Admission – September
- Students seeking admission should submit a separate application to the college in the prescribed format, available at the college office or may be downloaded from the website www.columbiacollege.co

- 10th std. marks card/( for proof of date of birth)
- 10 + 2 marks card/PUC marks card
- Certificate and marks list of GNM.
- Registration certificates of GNM
- Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended
- Conduct certificates from the Institution last attended
- Medical Fitness certificate
- Must have working knowledge of English
- Identification proof (Voter ID/PAN Card/ Passport/Adhar Card)
- A Demand Draft for Rs. 400/- towards the application fee in favour of Columbia Nursing College, payable at Bangalore
Original documents with photo copies in two sets to be produced at the time of admission
